Forui Jigger Used for Oxide Manganese Ore Beneficiation in Indonesia


On March, 4, 2013, Forui jigger was exported to Indonesia, helping local customer process oxide manganese ore. Indonesian processed oxide manganese ore by hand sorting in the past. In the early 2013, Indonesian customers ask Forui to design ore dressing technical process and make mining equipment for them. They purchase a full set mineral processing machine for manganese oxide ore, including jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, flotation machine, and enrichment plant, dryer, etc.

Ore dressing methods for manganese oxide ore are mainly gravity separation and magnetic separation. Gravity separator separates two components, either a suspension or dry granular mixture where separating the components with gravity is sufficiently practical: i.e. the components of the mixture have different specific weight. Some can be used as the finished ore, some need to use a jig and shaking for gravity separation. Washing overflow sometimes also need gravity separation or strong magnetic separation for further recycling.

Jigger is the core equipment in gravity separation for manganese oxide ore. It separate by the specific gravity of manganese oxide ore and barren rock. It has high ore dressing efficiency and nice ore dressing effect.  The three sets jigger Indonesian customer purchased can deal with 0-50mm manganese oxide ore. They greatly save the local human cost and avoid the waste due to hand sorting.

In recent years, Forui jigger have been exported to many countries like Nigeria, Namibia, Tanzania Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and other countries.
