New Magnetic Separator in Forui Machinery
The dry type strong magnetic separator is a new type magnetic separation machine produced by Forui. This magnetic separator is used to separate the weak magnetic minerals, belongs to ore dressing equipment. This magnetic separator is made of high quality NdFeB material, and generates 15,000 gauss high-gradient magnetic field at the pole. The dry type strong magnetic separator can magnetizes the weak magnetic minerals(particle size≤ 8mm) and finally gets the magnetic and nonmagnetic material separated. So it is a new way for the separation of weak magnetic manganese and hematite.
Magnetic separator of this type adopts unique magnetic circuit design, which has the features of strong magnetic force, good suction, excellent iron removal and purification capacity. The magnetic separator also has the characters of low maintenance, low energy consumption, safe and easy operation.
Applicable ores: manganese, hematite, specularite, ilmenite, wolframite tantalum-niobium ore, etc. So does the iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals, such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaolin, etc. The magnetic separation machine is also widely applied to water shortage and alpine region since it needs no water for production.
