Description of Tailing Recovery Machine:

Tailings recovery machine is a mineral separation machine mainly used for the magnetic mineral recovery in tailings which after the magmatic separation. The tailings recovery machine has the features of single production, easy operation, large processing capacity and high economic returns.
 

 Working Principle:
Tailings Recovery Machine is composed of five main parts which are fines removal device, magnetic plates, power reduction, chute and body frame. After the pulp flows into the chute from one port of it, the magnetic materials will be absorbed on the surface of the magnetic plate, and the nonmagnetic pulp will be discharged from the other port. Under the action of the uniformly rotation of the host disk, the adsorption of magnetic minerals in the surface of the disk was taken out of the pulp surface; then was put into the ore chute when flow into the fine removal device and finally discharged from the ore chute.
 

 Advantages:

♦ Fines removal device is non-contact type compulsory unloading ore, the disk surface have a layer of fine ore protective layer, thus prolong the service life and also to enable the recovery of magnetic minerals improve the grade.
♦ Large processing capacity: The separation machine is specially designed for tailings re-election, the structure with the features of large dealing capacity, high recovery rate of low-grade tailings and higher efficiency than the drum magnetic separator.
♦ Affected by the magnetic field, the magnetic minerals of the ore pulp can be fully recovered while flowing through the disk.
♦ The separation machine with small power and high economic benefits, adapts unique magnetic field arrangement; the removed mineral powder shows flow state because it contains large moisture contents, thus there is no need to add water or add less water.
