Description of Spiral Washing Machine:
Spiral ore washing machine or spiral sand washing machine is a mechanical mineral grading and washing machine based on the working principle of a different proportion of solid particles, which has different velocity sedimentation in the liquid. FG series washing machine can be used in the field of metallurgy, building materials, utilities and other industries for washing, grading, cleaning and other operations.Spiral ore washing machine is suitable for washing granularity and coarse-grained materials. It can be applied for construction sites, gravel plant, precast concrete plants and hydropower sites for mud removal of sand and gravel, can also be used for ore washing, grading and dehydration. Washing may be carried out in a scrubbing machine, may be performed at screening and grading equipment.
Advantages of Spiral Washing Machine:Takes advantage of the buoyancy of water, spiral washing machine can get dust and impurities separated from the mineral. After stirring of helical segments, impurities are removed, and make transport purposes. During lifting and transportation, ores are also mixed without any distinction of fine or coarse sand.
It is designed with long spiral body, simple structure, strong processing capacity, easy maintenance, low water or mud content, widely used in the ore mining industries.
