Description of Moving Sieve Jig Separator:
Jig separator is an early gravity separation machine. Based on gravity separation, It separates the minerals according to the difference in specific weight of the ore and gangue, the different minerals have different settling velocity in the vertical flow. The heavy mineral settles fast to the bottom and light minerals floats to upper layer of the separating tank, then the minerals of different weight are discharged by a special weir plate to get the separation by gravity.
From the original barrel wash to the piston jig separator, moving sieve jig separator and diaphragm jig separator, the jigging gravity separator has gone through several different stages, and the most commonly used jigging separator is diaphragm jig separator, however, it consumpts large amount of water and its select particle size is limited. In order to solve this problem, Forui developed a new product-moving sieve Jig separator, to benefit the users in water shortage areas. This product has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, green, big select mineral size, less water consumption (only one-tenth of normal ones).
Features of Moving Sieve Jig Separator:
♦ Small coverage, large handling capacity, ore concentrates and ore tailings discharging through material conveying device.
♦ Less water consumption, moving sieve jig separator separates layers of the minerals through forced sieve vibration. So it needs no water pressure, only need water loss supply, and the water consumption is only one-tenth of common ones.
♦ Adjustable stroke and flush times, adopts advanced frequency control technology, easy operation andmanagement.
♦ Use automatic hydraulic lubrication for all moving parts to ensure the service life and working reliability.
