Manganese Ore Separating Plant

There are many kinds of manganese ores, but ores that  are worthy to exploit and beneficiate is mainly pyrolusite following by psilomelane and bog manganese, braunite, hausmannite, and manganite, and these types of manganese are all manganese oxide.

Many separation ways like intensity magnetic separation, gravity separation and floatation separation can be used as manganese ore dressing method. However, intensity magnetic separation needs a large investment and it can not get high beneficiation efficiency when it comes to lumpy manganese ore; floatation separation needs chemical to work and will pollute environment to a certain degree. In contrast, gravity separator only needs water as medium and need no chemical to work with and it has large treatment capacity and high recovery rate.

The AM-30 jig machine is widely used in ores beneficiation. AM-30 jigging machine is kind of sinewave side-moving jig machine with two row and four chambers. Great beneficiation efficiency can be gained when they are used in beneficiation of minerals. It has a very high efficiency dealing with big size minerals.

AM-30 jig separator is widely used in the ore beneficiation & slag recovery of ores like maganese oxide, hematite, limonite, specularite, pyrite, fluorite, barite, celesitite, & slag like ferrochrome smelting slag, silica-manganese smelting slag, etc. When the specific gravity is different between the gangue and useful ores, the AM-30 jig separator can achieve a good beneficiation result.
