Processing of Manganese Ore by Jig Gravity Separator

The manganese ore will be put into jaw crushers through hopper and conveyor. After two phases crushing, there are almost no big blocks. After screening of vibrating screen, the ore can be divided into two aranges: -8mm and 8-30mm. The blocks over 30mm will be back into the crusher for crushing while the 8-30mm will go for AM30 jigger for separation and -8mm ore will go for LTA1515/2 jigger for enrichment. And finally concentrate of 0-8mm and 8-30mm will be gained separately.

LTA1515/2 jig machine belongs to double rooms under the single plug-fuse type. It exploits water as medium, and separates according to the proportion of the gangue minerals (density). It is the beneficiation equipment. LTA1515/2 jig machine does the sine wave motion. It has the advantage of high recover, large capacity of treatment, continuous working. This LTA1515/2 jig machine can be extensively used in processing tungsten, tin, antimony, mercury, alluvial gold deposits, manganese ore, barites, fluorite, lapis lazuli, ore, pyrite, limonite and ore dressing and hematite etc all kinds of smelting slag metal recycling.
