Rotary Screen for Gold Ore Washing

The rotary screen is a mining machinery, also called roller screen, which is widely used in dry powdered or granular material screening in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, grain, chemical and fertilizer etc. This product can also be used for the wet granular material screening.

This series of trommel rotary screen are always used in processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite & magnetite And nonferrous metals including Lead, Zinc, Gold and Silver etc. This machine works in a re-circulating network with Ball mill, which can upgrade the fineness of ferrous and nonferrous metals.

Gold ore washing plant trommel screen machine, Material feeds into the drum, is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.

The speed of the the mineral separator-roller screen is quite slow and the operation is smooth. It can be fixed on the top of the building because the overall work is balanced; and this mineral separator has middle sieve and fine sieve. The support modes are roller support, bearing support and hybrid support. There are three transmission modes are which are gear and gear drive, center drive and roller drive.

This discharge material from the trommel drum screen is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms such as centrifugal Concentrator, spirals, jigs etc.
