Gold Concentration Method--2.1 Inner Amalgamation

2.1 Inner Amalgamation
The inner amalgamation method means recovering gold over crushing minerals in the grinding equipment. The grinding equipment usually include rolling plate machine, mineral crushing machine, mixed firewood tube and dedicated small ball mill, rod mill.

Inner amalgamation method Gold concentration operating process: in the process of grinding the ore, mercury liquid is added to the minerals, the newly exposed gold particles contacts with the mercury and mercuration. After the amalgamation, the pulp and mercury cream are expeled from the mercury device, then using trap, chute and classifier machine get the mercury paste separated. The main drawback of the amalgamation method is chalking of mercury. The mercury is divided into particles while crushing mineral ore. The mercury particles are wraped by other metal oxide film, lubricant film and slime particles, and thus lose the bind ability to each other resulting powder. Powder mercury is difficult to be separated from the ore processing and the most mercury powder will be lost, but also take away some gold. For the gold-bearing ores which contains less copper, lead, zinc mineral content without any sulfide that easily get mercury powdered, or big gold dissemination size, inner amalgamation is a good concentration method. It is also used in placer gold mine and get gold and other heavy minerals separated.
