Gold Extraction Method--2.Amalgamation Extraction

Operating conditions: feeding ore density 10 to 25%, feeding ore particle size 0.4 mm, slurry flow rate of 0.5 to 0.7m/s, mercury consumption of 3 to 8 g/t. (2) keep ventilation in amalgamation workshop and gold extraciton chamber, mercury ointment washing operations should be carried out in a closed cupboard with ventilation device. (3) make sure the floor material does not suck mercury in the mercury jobs plant, and the floor should be with 1 to 3% slope, brush the walls and the floor regularly with soap and water or potassium permanganate solution (1:1,000) to keep the smooth. (4) set mercury collection device under the operating cupboard, in sewage wells, and avoid the mercury loss. (5) purify the mercury operating workshop regularly with manganese dioxide absorption method whose mercury vapor suction rate can reach 99%.
