4. Magnetization Roasting Equipment for Limonite Processing
Magnetization roasting method can make the limonite react with carbon or carbon compound by high-temperature calcination. The crystalline water is removed while limonite is converted to magnetite, then use magnetic beneficiation for limonite purification. This method offers good dressing effect and satisfying beneficiation indicators, but it needs big investment in equipment and high production costs.
