Jigging Separation of Aluminum Ore

Jigging separation may seems not the best separation method for Aluminum ore because a lot of aluminum ore more evenly distributed in the rocks with very fine granularity monomer dissociation. However, that is not to say gravity jigging separation are totally unworkable for aluminum separation. Now we would like to show you a gravity jigging separation case used for aluminum ore in Sanmenxia, Henan, China.

Forui Machinery has done a lot of research on the aluminum ore in Sanmenxia and found that there is obvious different between aluminum ore and gangue. Monomer dissociation exist in larger particles, and we learn that the sepecific weight of aluminum is 3.6 through gravity measurement, while the specific weight of gangue and impurities is 2.8. It is difficult to abtain good separation effect by gravity separation theoretically. However, Forui made it after careful commissioning and get satisfying separation result.

According to the separation test results, Forui Machinery has confidence to make a conclusion that coarse-grained disseminated aluminum ore can be separated by gravity jigging separation method with our advanced and deep understanding of jig processing technology.

Although aluminum ore generally is not purified by the jigging process of the gravity separation, we can still treat gravity separation as an aluminum separation method in some cases. And the gravity jig separation is also a kind of coarse separation method for aluminum ore with lower costs and investment.
