Jig Machine for Pre-beneficiation of Iron Ore

With the exploitation of the lean ore & off-balance ore, and the requirement of the intensifying mining and high recovery rate, the problem of beneficiation of lean ore has been much more stoodout.  In order to reduce the building investment and the production cost, and save energy, the pre-separation before milling has been developed and has been used in over 30 iron ore beneficiation factories with its great beneficiation efficiency.

The magnetic separartion factories has many preselection methods mainly by dry magnetic pulley. This magnetic pulley is divided into types of electeomagnetic type and permanent magnetic type. And the permanenet ones are used commonly with the specification of 1200*1275, 1050*1400,1100*1100,800*800,800*1200,1000*970, 600*800mm etc.
The feeding size can be 0-350mm and 0-15mm with the tailings-removing rate of 10%. And the tailings-removing rate can be 80% when it comes to surrounding rock ore.

The main pre-separation methods for the weak magnetic ore is gravity separation and magnetic separation. For the intensity magnetic separation, the CS magnetic separator is usually used with its feeding size of -14mm. The NdFeB material is used for the magnetic separator to deal with the 4-15mm ore size. Gravity separation machines are main vibration chute with its feedign size of -75mm and waste-ore-remiving rate of 20-50% and jigger of 2LTC6109/8T with its feeding size of -75mm, -50mm, -30mm and the waste-ore-removing rate of 20-50%.
