The Processing Methods and Concentration Plant of Silico-Manganese Alloy Slag
Silico-manganese alloy slag is generated in the silicon-manganese alloy. If not deal with it appropriately, it will greatly do harm to the environment and human health. Therefore, it is necessary to have concentration plant to deal with the smelting slag.
According to the need of customer, Gongyi Forui Machinery Factory did a beneficiation test of silico-manganese smelting slag samples in a smelter in Shanxi.
The test plan: There is a great difference in proportion between the slag and alloy, so we can achieve better economic indicators and beneficiation indicators through gravity separation. Test equipment: lab crusher, lab jigger, lab shaker
Firstly, crush and screen the original slag, then do the separation test with shaker and jigger. The result shows that the jigger has a larger processing amount and higher efficiency of the separation to deal with the metallurgical slag, whose recycle rate is as expected result. However, the result for the slag of shaker is not very satisfactory, nor does the recycle rate and handling capacity. Ultimately, our customer determined using a jigger to deal with the manganese slag, recycling the useful metals. So the jigger is a good smelting slag recycling machine in Silico-Manganese smelting slag recycling.
It is considerable economic benefit to recycle useful metals in the smelting slag. The processed slag can be used as raw material in cement plant and brick factory. In that way, the basic test waste can be recycle completely with Silico-Manganese smelting slag recycling machine.
