The cell body of permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is half counter-current type. The machine is manufactured of the ordinary steel except the parts near the magnetic system which is made of the magnetic materials. The shower pipes, located in the mining area in the lower part of the cell body, are used for control the pulp density and ore particle dispersion to improve the separation indexes.
