Alluvial tin extraction is similar to alluvial gold beneficiation, and usually screening, ore washing, and gravity separation processing are involved. I.e. gravity separation is the only rough separation method for alluvial tin and alluvial gold mine. That is because tin and gold content is low comparing with other minerals, and kind of high-efficient and energy-saving extraction method and equipment shall be needed to enrich tin and gold from the alluvial mines. The 2LTC6109/8T tin jig separator is used in tin ores beneficiation. Tin jig separator of LTC series is kind of sinewave side-moving jig machine with two row and eight chambers. Great beneficiation efficiency can be gained when they are used in beneficiation of tin ores.

The jig separator 2LTC-6109/8T is also known as a trapezoid jig separator (lateral-drive diaphragm jig separator) wich is a large jigging gravity separator with four adjustable jigging beneficiation slots.  It has a trapezoidal jig surface with high recovery rate and handling capacity. This jig separator is widely used for the ore dressing of metallic and non-metallic mineral such as hematite, limonite, gold placer, manganese ore, tungsten ore, tin, tantalum and niobium ore, mercury, fluorite ore, barite ore, celestite ore, etc.  The jig separator also be used to process metal smelting slag and extract the alloy particles and recyclable substances. So, it is a smelting slag recycling machine for users.

The trapezoidal jigger is composed of eight jigging chambers, two columns, four rooms for each column. It gradually become wide from the mineral feeder to the discharge end, and the jig separator has big handling capacity, good adaptability. This product is suitable for being used in the concentration of medium and fine minerals. And the effective recovery limit is 53 microns. The jig separator is widely used in the re-election of iron, manganese and tin in China. The water supply pipe is between two columns and supply water to the chambers.
