Forui spiral classifier is a mining machinery which is mainly used for separating and classifying of minerals after grinding. Forui spiral classifier is widely used to separate mineral sand with closed circuit ball mill.

Forui spiral classifier can be used for grading sand and fine mud in the gravity separation, classifying mineral size in metal ore beneficiation, mud removal and dehydration in ore beneficiation.

The separation process of Forui spiral classifier : from the top the slurry feed into the rear, in flows along the groove in the process of particle swarm delamination. Heavy mineral particles into the bottom of the groove inner tend to exercise, light minerals in the rotary motion in rapid was thrown to the edge, so that the density of different minerals in the groove launched zoning, the inner edge of the interception of heavy minerals by discharge. The structure of Forui spiral classifier is simple, the unit processing capacity, itself without power. Generally used for sorting 2 - 0.074 mm mineral materials.
