Mercury Ore Dressing Solutions for Indonesia Customer

Yesterday, Indonesia customer came to Forui Machinery Factory for visit, and discussed and exchange mercury ore dressing solutions with the technicians of our factory. The Indonesia customer was very recognition with our mercury ore dressing technology and equipments and established relationship initially. The picture below is the mercury ore samples Indonesian customer brought. We can see from the picture that the mercury ore is disseminated uneven. There is apparent boundary between mercury and gangue minerals. The gangue is mainly carbonate and quartz, and therefore there are specific gravity difference between mercury sulfide and gangue. For this type of mercury ores, gravity separation -flotation separation combined process is usually adopted.


Firstly, recycle coarse mineral particles of mercury by gravity separation. There is a certain amount of mercury loss during gravity separation process and over-crush is prone in the crushing process, therefore, it is necessary to flotation separate the tailing ore to improve the recovery rate in the whole mercury ore dressing process. The combination of gravity separation and flotation separation process can not only dramatically increase the efficiency, reduce processing costs, while improving the mercury ore beneficiation indicators. It is the best technology for coarse disseminated mercury ore dressing currently.
