Manganese ore beneficiation methods are mainly gravity separation and magnetic separation, the former is for Manganese oxide ore beneficiation or some manganese carbonate ore beneficiation, while the later is for the coarse-grained disseminated manganes oxide or manganese carbonate ore. However the magnetic separation equipment need big investment, high production costs with low production efficiency, therefore the gravity separation occupy a very important position in the manganese ore dressing.

The jigging machine is the core equipment for Manganese ore gravity separation. It not only solved the problems of immediate coarse manganese processing, but also enhance the beneficiation effect.

Because water shortage in the mine area, Namibia required dehydration process of the concentrate and tailings from jig machine to reuse the water, so we customized dewatering screen for the dewatering of concentrate and tailings.
