Working Particle Size Range of Jig Machine

Most of the domestic jig machine can only suitable for medium and fine-grained mineral gravity beneficiation, have good porformacne for grain size in the range of 0-8mm, but low efficiency for particle size more than 8mm minerals.

Forui Machinery developed 2 kinds big particle size beneficiation jigger machine, jig machine AM30 used for sorting 8-30mm coarse ore and jig machine 2LTC-912/4 used for sorting the 30-50mm massive ore. Both of the jig machine are used for the beneficiation of massive coarse ore, especially for the coarse-grained disseminated manganese ore, iron ore, barite and fluorite.

But we should not ignore another fector, it does not mean that any type ores with particle size of 0-50m can be beneficiated by jig machine. Crushing is necessary according to the different ore types and different fabric structures embedded in the ore. After crushing, the ore with different grain size processed by corresponding jig machine.

In the actual production process, there is strict requirements for the grain size of ores into the jig machine, especially for large different size ranges. For 0-10mm particle size ores, using dual lines eight rooms jig machine can get ideal effect without Particle size classification. But using other types jig machine may not get the satisfying dressing effect due to the different jigging system.

So the best feeding size of jig machine are determined by the jig machine structures. To achieve the best dressing effect, you must make sure the breaking particle size according to the characteristics of the ore, and use corresponding jig machine for washing beneficiation. For the mineral raw materials with wide grain size distribution, screening is also necessary after crushing.
