Fluorite Processing Case

1. Floatation separation to get high grade fluorite powder
Floatation separation is the only way to get high grade fluorite powder. The fluorite powder from floatation separation can be used in fluorine chemical industry with CaF2 concentent over 97%.
Floatation separation is mainly to process fine granules inlay ore. Floatability of fluorite is high while that of gangue is low. This floatability makes floatation separation a great way to get high grade fluorite powder. There is one phase tough floatation separation, 6 times floatation selection and one phase scanvening.
Crusher, ball mill, classifier, agitator, floatation separator will be involved in the floatation separation flow chart for fluorite ore.
2. gravity separation to get high grade lumpy fluorite concentrate

Gravity separation for fluorite upgrading is considered as the most economic,ighest efficient and most environment-friendly beneficiation method. It is widely used in many new-type beneficiation factories.

Gravity separation is mainly to process coarse inlay fluorite and after gravity separation like jigging concentration lumpy and granule fluorite can be gained to use as flux in metallurgy industry.

The core equipment for fluorite gravity separation is jig machine. Jigger works on basis of density difference between fluorite and gangue. jigger is mainly for fine, medium and coarse fluorite granules with its wide feeding range, high recovery and good beneficiation efficiency. This jigger is widely used in Xinyang, Neimeng, Gansu, Sichuan, Guizhou for fluorite concentration.
