Application Of Forui Dewatering Screen
Forui dewatering screen can be widely used in coal processing, mineral beneficiation, construction industry, electricity, chemical industry, dehydration and tailings recovery. Vibrating dewatering screen has vibration motor with execllent performance as excitation source, when two vibration motors do reverse rotation with the same angular velocity, the inertial force produced by an eccentric block in a particular aspect torepeated stack or offset, so as to produce a great shock, driving the screen box to do periodic reciprocating motion along the straight line track, make the materials on screen mesh vibrate gradually. The fine particles can fall through the screen apertures, while, the rest is discharged by the dewatering screen directly during the vibrating process, so realized the purpose of classification and dehydration.
