Chromium slag is ferrochrome smelting slag, which is solid slag discharged from ferrochrome smelting process. The main processing method of chromium slag starts from the recovery of ferrochrome ferrochromium slag, and then the residual waste is recycled. There are many ways to treat chrome waste. The commonly used chromium slag jigging device is jig separator AM30 and jig separator LTA1010/2, the former is mainly used for recycling coarse chromium slag alloy, the latter is used to recover fine alloy. The market price of ferrochrome is influenced by its particle size greatly, coarse ferrochrome market price is higher, fine-grained alloy is lower, so the recovery of ferrochromium slag ferrochrome alloy should recover coarse particles first, then recover fine alloy, to ensure maximum benefits.
