Description of Sawtooth-Wave Jig Concentrator JT1070/2:
The Sawtooth-Wave Jig Concentrator JT1070/2 belongs to down-moving jig concentrator with single row, double room. This product is the enhanced version of down-moving jig concentrator. Due to its sawtooth waveform of the jigging cycle curve, the jig concentrator owns the advantages of even/stable raising water flow and rapid falling water flow, thus it improves the inhalation effect during the beneficiation process. it is good for the recovery of the fine mineral, also has the features of water-saving and continuous work.
The sawtooth-wave jig concentrator is mainly for the beneficiation of tungsten, tin, gold, iron, manganese, titanium, adze, chromium, sulfur and other mineral, also used for metal recycling or tailings disposal in the treatment of manganese slag, chromium slag, stainless steel slag and mining beneficiation. So this jig concentrator can also be used as smelting slag recycling machine.
The Sawtooth-wave jig concentrator covers less floor area, and easy to operate. It is a latest product developed by Forui in recent years. With excellent performance, this jig concentrator is a good choice for a variety of metallic and non-metallic mineral beneficiation. It is an ideal smelting slag recycling machine and extraction plant in smelting slag recycling or mine tailings concentration. It is reported that this jig concentrator has outstanding performance in ungraded minerals concentration. Further more, it is a good gold separator for shapeless gulch-gold mineral extraction.
JT series jig concentrator has two kinds: Jig concentrator JT1515/2 and jig concentrator JT2020/2,they have similar transmission way and overall structure with jig concentrator JT1070/2.
