Gold Jig Separator and Gold Enrichment Machine

Generally speaking, the oldest and most universal separation method for gold is gravity separation.
 
Gold of elemental substance is the main existence pattern for placer gold with its density over 16t/m3 and this leads to a big density difference between gold and the impurities, so gravity separation can be the most efficient, most economical way to beneficiate alluvial gold.
 
For alluvial gold gravity extraction, there are a certain percentage of gravels, and a rotary screen or vibration screen will be needed to remove these gravels. Gold in placer gold is usually liberated from impurities, and the fine sand can be fed to the gravity separator for enrichment directly.
 
With the development and research of gravity separation plants, chutes, jiggers, table concentrators and gold centrifugal separators have ever turned up, and jiggers prove to be the ideal gold concentrating equipment for the first rough separation to gain high grade gold concentrate with its high recovery rate while centrifugal separators and table concentrators work as secondary further enrichment equipment. So the whole processing can be screening--gravity separation--shaking table or centrifugal separator.
 
Forui jiggers have been used to beneficiate alluvial gold in Mongolia, Zimbabwe, Congo and many provinces in China. Jiggers of JT series, LTA series and trapezoidal 2LTC6109/8T is mainly used as alluvial mining extraction equipment of gold and tin ore. (PS: Trapezoidal 2LTC6109/8T jiggers have begun to work to recover tin from tin sand in Russian since Oct. 2012. )

Also for rock gold ore, most needs floatation separation to extract. And only quartz gold of coarse gold granules carried by pyrite can be enriched by jigger. This kind of quartz gold separation is usually bounded to work together with rod milling and classifying as a whole beneficiation process. So the general processing flow sheet can be crushing--rod milling--jigging separation--centrifugal separation or amalgamation.
